Lovely stay over near Salisbury Plain Positive: Lovely rooms and kitchenette; great food; lovely staff

Lovely, but private bathroom is very noisy to use at night. Positive: Clean and beautiful Negative: Noise at 6.30 am from staff opening up and cleaning

Positive: Furnishings. Ambience. Food. Negative: Never realised that the twin room did not have a bathroom in room.

Deli & Cafe, Bar ightful. Disointed in the uncomfortable rooms, no lift, food very disappointing. Positive: Nice breakfast/restaurant area. Service was quite slow, but friendly. Drinks/bar were enjoyable. Food in restaurant looked initially good. The Deli shop was delightful and Cafe. Brewery also impressive. The room was also initially impressive until you stayed in it. Eg. Not enough lighting, too dark for reading and putting on makeup, bed switches so far away had to get up to turn All of them off. Not enough seating. One creaky uncomfortable chair for two of us. We didn't enjoy the stay as it wasn't designed for comfort and ease. Just looked good, unfortunately for us. Negative: Food in restaurant/pub was limited and not cooked fully for one of us. Eg. Fish dish was undercooked. Sunday roast beef was awful, chewy, stringy tasteless. Disappointed as it was our last night.

Fabulous, comfortable and luxurious! Positive: Loved the decor, facilities and comfort. Our room was next to the road but room was quiet. Bed super comfortable and bathroom was amazing! Stayed in the twin Tinhead room. Fabulous! Negative: Nothing
